Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full Remote - Lithuania)

EverAI is a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company building the future of AI companionship. We're scaling again and looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
