Bits of your job:

• Support the TA team on various talent acquisition tasks and be at the heart of the next step in our journey.

• Screen CV and help to select the applications according to the requirements provided for the role

• Put the Headhunter hat on and source the best talents

• Organize and conduct online interviews

• Update the HR database and help build the talent pool

• Participate in interviews and other HR meetings

• Ensure candidate experience by providing them feedback and being the first point of contact

• To use creativity to help develop a social media strategy

• And other tasks

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Student (of the last year) or graduate from HR, business administration, psychology or a similar field

• Keen to details

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly

• Strong interpersonal, time management, and English language skills

Bonus:

• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a similar field is a plus

Salary: 500 €/mon. net
