Requirements
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy, translating long-term vision into actionable growth plans across geographies.
- Lead business development by identifying new market opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships, and negotiating high-impact deals.
- Own segment performance globally including sales, margin, cost of sales, and delivery of EBITA and cash flow targets.
- Implement commercial excellence through Key Account Management, demand generation and value-based pricing strategies.
- Drive financial planning by proposing and executing annual budgets and 3-year business plans in alignment with regional leads.
- Develop and engage direct and indirect teams, fostering high performance, technical capability and cultural alignment across a matrixed organisation.
