The Buying & Merchandising Manager is responsible for the economic and strategic performance of the product perimeter, driving offer construction, profitability, and purchases, and serving as the strategic market reference for lingerie.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, category management, or market management
- Experience in the textile/lingerie world
- Solid expertise in data analysis and budget management
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Master of collection management and knowledge of tools such as Excel and Business Intelligence solutions
- Analytical and strategic spirit, with a sense of product and fashion sensitivity
- Ability to take decisions, with organization, rigor, and transversal leadership
