Requirements
- Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID in Microsoft 365
- Ability to analyze security logs and events
- Experience managing N2 support tickets and collaborating with N1 teams
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and provide technical solutions on demand
