The HR Analyst, Talent Strategy will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent management initiatives at ERMCO, a leading U.S. manufacturer of distribution transformers and engineered electrical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR, talent management, analytics, or a related analyst role
- Experience working with HR systems, performance management tools, or talent-related data
