You will be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful software demonstrations, analyzing workflows, and consulting on customer requirements. We are seeking applicants with strong ERP experience, presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset to help drive customer success and growth.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations alongside the Sales team to showcase ERP solutions
- Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and performing workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting
- Consult with the sales force to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
- Act as a liaison with Product Managers to share insights and discuss potential product development opportunities
- Conduct customer and prospect webinars to educate and engage audiences
- Travel domestically up to 50% to support sales activities and customer engagements
What you will likely bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of presales experience with Epicor CMS product or equivalent operational ERP experience
- Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales, with experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance
- Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations
- Background with ERP companies or VARs such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite, or similar
- 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
