A Day in the Life

Our Brownfields & Community Revitalization Practice provides integrated services to assist communities with building successful programs to achieve their brownfield redevelopment and community revitalization goals. Our network of funding and grant writing specialists has assisted a wide range of local/regional/tribal organizations with numerous EPA Brownfield & Contaminated ANCSA Lands Grants (as well as funding from other federal and state programs). We develop strategies to finance and eliminate funding gaps in support of all types of environmental restoration projects. Once funding is secured, we serve as our client’s trusted partner for grant management and reporting, community outreach and stakeholder engagement, and executing Phase I/II ESAs, cleanup/restoration, and reuse planning activities.
