The Service Manager for Field Service Operations manages day-to-day activities of the service technicians. This role is a supervisory level position that oversee technician’s performance and provides technical guidance during execution of projects.
Requirements
- Promote Environmental, Health & Safety objectives
- Oversite of the execution of project plans
- Execution of quality verification and facilitation
- Recommends actions to improve performance
- Maintain awareness of Technician skillsets
- Perform yearly evaluations of technicians
- Consistently enforce employee compliance with safety and work rules
- Assist in recruitment efforts within the department
- Execute various other general responsibilities common to most supervisory positions
