Enovis Corporation seeks a Commercial Complex IDF to manage the portfolio of retail points, develop the network of sports and specialist shops, and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

• Manage the portfolio of retail points
• Develop the network of sports and specialist shops
• Present and sell the COMPEX range
• Improve product visibility in-store and strengthen brand presence
• Strengthen knowledge of the range among store teams
• Propose merchandising, animation and support for local promotional campaigns
• Be in contact with POS to optimize loyalty, re-sales and in-store visibility
• Organize and manage COMPEX events
• Support clients in their promotional campaigns and local animations
• Ensure logistics follow-up, supplier management and internal and external communication, as well as post-event analysis
• Animate the ambassadors and team of experts
• Identify, recruit and retain ambassadors for the brand
• Set up activation campaigns and partnerships with the community
• Follow up on messages transmitted by ambassadors and analyze performances
• Constitute a team of experts and prescribing specialists in COMPEX products and services
• Coach and accompany experts in the creation of educational and promotional content
• Supervise expert interventions during training sessions, events or specific campaigns
• Design and animate training sessions for commercial teams and partners
• Develop training materials
• Follow up on the results of training sessions and identify areas for improvement
• Train ambassadors to effectively transmit the brand’s values
