Field technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Commercial Technician to join our team in the Madrid area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the Company’s equipment, as well as promoting and commercializing maintenance and service contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Perform the installation and commissioning of Enovis class IIa medical devices at customer premises, strictly complying with current regulations.
• Ensure the traceability and documentation of all technical interventions.
• Perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as electrical safety controls directly at the customer.
• Promote, commercialize and execute maintenance and service contracts.
• Detect opportunities for cross-selling (equipment, accessories and associated services).
• Communicate technical and commercial needs of the customer to the sales team.
• Train users in the safe use, operation and basic maintenance of medical equipment
• Form users on safe and effective use of medical devices to ensure the life of the equipment is optimized.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team and the Technical Service / After-sales service located in Mouguerre.
• Represent Enovis Technical Service at fairs, congresses, workshops and technical demonstrations.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and in the increase of customer satisfaction.
