A mid-level client account manager with a passion for technology and customer success.

Location: Remote; Atlanta, GA preferred, but we are open to all candidates US-based

Job Description

As a Client Account Manager at Engineer Up, you’ll be a key point of contact for several of our key clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our services and receive best-in-class customer service. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships, offering insightful advice, and providing quick, effective solutions to technical and process challenges. If you have experience with Microsoft products, particularly Power Platform/Power Apps, you’ll have a significant advantage in driving success amongst our key clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally engage with Senior Director and Director-level corporate professionals as well as CTO/CEO's of mid-size companies and startups.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose opportunities and propose solutions with clarity and speed.
  • You'll be responsible for managing our current accounts with the goal of growing our footprint within each account
  • Ability to quickly grasp the client’s business needs and align our services to support their goals
  • Eagerness to develop expertise in our service offerings and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with client teams, our technical teams, and sales to ensure alignment with strategic account goals
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adhere to client schedules and maintain flexibility to meet business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in client account management an IT consulting or staffing company
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with IT solutions and client-facing roles; experience with Microsoft Power Platform/Power Apps is highly desirable
