As our Demand Generation Manager, you will own the top segment of the sales funnel and work closely with our sales, marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. You’ll plan and execute field events, webinars, social campaigns, and other outreach initiatives which generate high-quality leads. Working under the Global Director of Business Development, you will advertise events, drive attendance, and hand off qualified leads for follow-up, as well as being responsible for reporting.
your tasks
- Plan end-to-end event programs (trade shows, user conferences, roadshows) across the globe in our key regions (USA, Europe, Middle East and APAC).
- Develop and manage webinar series including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, registration, and performance analytics.
- Design and launch targeted social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums) to drive registrations and engagement.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to craft multi-channel advertising plans, oversee execution, and track yield.
- Coordinate budgets, vendor contracts, promotional materials, and on-site logistics for seamless event delivery.
- Maintain an events and campaigns calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Analyze campaign metrics (i.e. registration-to-attendance ratios, cost-per-lead, engagement rates) and continuouslyoptimize process.
your profile
- Diverse degrees are welcome, with exposure to marketing considered a plus.
- 2–4 years of B2B lead generation or event marketing experience, preferably in the technology or oil& gas sectors.
- Proven track recordin managing field events and virtual webinars with measurable lead outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices for B2B outreach.
- Excellent project-management skills: ability to manage multiple initiatives, vendors, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and producing actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on driving creative outreach and engagement tactics.
- Self-starter attitude, able to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% for events and field activities.
