Location: OFF-SITE

Note: Contractor`s facilities must have a valid "NATO Secret Clearance" which allows the handling, processing and storage of up to NATO Secret classified data. For performance at the Contractor's facilities, the Contractor shall furnish everything required to perform the training under this Contract in accordance with all of its terms. The Contractor shall be responsible for configuring the Training Systems and their preparation to support training sessions; The Contractor shall provide each student attending the Training Course(s) with an electronic copy or printed copy of the Student Manual for the course

Note: Please refer to your Subcontract Agreement, article 6.4.1.a, which states “Off-Site Discount: 5% (this discount is applicable to all requirements, and applies when the assigned personnel are permitted to work Off-Site, such as at- home)". Please be sure to price this discount in your overall price proposal when submitting bids against off-site RFQs

Duties and Role:

• Requires support of one GIS SME to perform the following activities:
• Delivery of certified ESRI training package(s);
• Acts as a GIS training adviser for the JISR/GeoMetOc Branch;
• Technical advice NATO Core GIS Deployments;
• Develop customised GIS training packages in order to fulfil identified training needs;
• Development, testing and implementation of "state-of-the-art" GIS map production workflows in support of NATO operations and exercises.
• The list of activities will not be limited to the above-mentioned items and may expand as urgent operational requests emerge and qualification of the candidate allows.
• In order to assure the quality standard of the deliverables, these activities are to be provided via an established ESRI centre certified on the ISO 9001:2015.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Master degree in Geographic Information Systems Geospatial,
• Solid understanding of geographic matters: coordinate systems, projections and datum's
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the delivery of Certified ESRI training packages.
• Proved experience in the development /tailoring of ESRI Arc GIS commercial training packages for military use cases.
• At the minimum the contractor must be qualified to provide relevant courses covering the following subjects:

• Introduction to GIS

• ArcGIS Desktop: Essential Workflows; Performing Analyses; Drawing Maps with ArcGIS

• ArcGIS Pro: Migrating from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro; Essential Workflows; Automating Workflows; Spatial Analysis; ArcGIS Network Analyst; Creating Maps and Visualizations; Image Analysis

• ArcGIS Online: Apps; Using ArcGIS Online in your Organization

• ArcGIS Enterprise: Sharing Content to ArcGIS Enterprise; Configuring Base Deployment; Administration Workflows

• Proved knowledge on Python Scripting for Map Automation/Geoprocessing workflows
• Proved experience in the development, testing and implementation of "state-of-the-art" GIS map production workflows
• Contractor`s company must proof that the GIS training and remote technical support, provided meets the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2015
• Fluent business English
