Description

SHIFT: MON-FRI 9 AM-6 PM

LOCATION: REMOTE POSITION

This position will be working within the imaging scheduling contact center.

  • This role will provide liaison support between the operating unit radiology techs and scheduling agents to provide scheduling related assistance.
  • Vetting patients and provider imaging orders for safety, devices, implants, accuracy and to ensure proper scheduling.
  • Works with the department and system leadership to create a dashboard with drivers for quality metric improvements within radiology that align with the defined radiology strategic plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and at a minimum be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience.
