Creative Copywriter

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a talented and curious Creative Copywriter to join our content and social media team. This role requires both a strong sense of storytelling and the ability to turn complex tech ideas into engaging narratives across a variety of formats from Telegram memes to global product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute content plans for social media platforms, including Telegram, Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Write posts in a range of tones from educational to witty and viral.
• Adapt copy for different content formats: story sets, Reels, banners, landing pages, and special campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with SMM and design teams to propose ideas for visuals, interactive mechanics, and storytelling.
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns from initial concept to copy for banners and video scripts.
• Write confidently in both Russian and English (or effectively localize content for global audiences and vice versa).
• Test and analyze content performance, continuously refining ideas to increase engagement and relevance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital creative or social media copywriting.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn product features into engaging content across different formats.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) with the ability to write original native-level content, not just translate.
• Understanding and genuine interest in Web3, crypto, or fintech context and relevance are key to your writing.
• Hands-on experience with creative mechanics, lead magnets, activations, and meme formats.

• Working with complex and ambitious products. You will need to quickly grasp new topics, product features, and local audience nuances.
• Adapting content for global markets. Content must stay relevant worldwide, align with global conversations, and resonate across regions.
• Improving and evolving the SMM strategy. You will be testing new ideas, proposing fresh solutions, and constantly raising the bar for content quality.
• Communicating with a diverse audience, ranging from crypto-native users to newcomers in fintech.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment. We launch products frequently and run several ad campaigns per month things move fast here.
