Front End Developer (React)

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for aReact Front-End Developerto build clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces for modern web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive and reliable user experiences. This role involves building and maintaining production-ready front-end features using modern React-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI components usingReact, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools
• Integrate front-end components withRESTful APIsand backend services
• Ensureresponsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and strong UI performance
• Participate incode reviewsand technical discussions to maintain code quality and best practices
• Contribute to a collaborative and learning-focused engineering culture
• Build features that support real-world user and business workflows

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experiencebuilding production front-end applications
• Strong working knowledge ofReact, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern front-end tooling and build systems such asVite, NPM, ESLint, and environment configuration
• Solid understanding ofcomponent-based architectureand reusable UI development
• Experience integrating React applications withREST APIs
• Familiarity withstate managementsolutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar)
• Experience usingcomponent libraries or design systems(Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, or similar)
• Understanding ofaccessibility, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility
• Exposure tounit testingfor React applications (Jest, React Testing Library, or similar)
• Basic familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesand front-end deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• Experience withdebt collection or financial services software(huge plus)
• Experience withTanStack Queryor similar data-fetching libraries
• Exposure toend-to-end testingtools (Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience working inremote or distributed teams
