We are seeking a Head of Change Management - Technology to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide change management strategies, establish a Change Management Centre of Excellence, and drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. The role involves managing a team of Change Managers and supporting leadership in change-related decision-making, risk mitigation, and resistance management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives, preferably within technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across all levels of the organisation
