ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company looking for an Events Lead - APAC to lead the planning and execution of impactful events across India and the wider APAC region. The role will involve owning the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and bring creativity, operational excellence, and problem-solving to everything they touch.
Requirements
- Develop and execute event plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement
- Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic breakfasts/dinners/lunches with key customers or potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations
- Follow up with participants in events in collaboration with the sales & growth teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors
