eJam is seeking a Manager, Retail Media & Shopper Marketing to lead retail media and shopper marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and other retail media networks, as well as a background in CPG/consumer products. The role involves delivering measurable performance improvement across multiple platforms, establishing a unified measurement framework, and implementing AI-powered workflows.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in digital advertising
- 3+ years hands-on with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP
- Experience across at least two additional retail media networks
- Background in CPG/consumer products (brand-side or multi-brand)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL (AMC experience preferred)
- Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
