We're a bootstrapped consumer products company looking for a Manager, Retail Media & Shopper Marketing to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering measurable performance improvement across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other platforms. You'll also need to build a unified measurement framework and implement AI-powered workflows to manage multiple platforms efficiently. Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and retail media networks is required, as well as a background in CPG or consumer products. Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP
- Experience across at least two additional retail media networks
- Background in CPG or consumer products
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools
- Experience with data infrastructure
