We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our passionate THV team based in Victoria. Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager THV, you will be responsible for providing expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure, and protocol. You will drive the business in your territory and develop new opportunities to increase sales. You will use your skills in Cath Lab/cardiac devices to support cases and promote Edwards products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned territory and/or customer base utilizing good understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
    • Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
    • Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term region plan to achieve region objectives

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in related field ,

3+ years of progressive sales experience/ or catch lab clinical experience
Sales experience of cardiology from cath lab/ cardiac surgery/ cardiac ultrasound

Clinical experience in the cath lab or cardiac related field

Additional Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
    • Understands BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region
    • Develops understanding of assigned accounts and their challenges
    • Good understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Understands customer needs and explains EW product features compared to competitor offerings
    • Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts
    • Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
    • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
