Opportunity Reporting to the Treasurer, the Senior Analyst will assist in managing Edged’s treasury operations. This position will focus on debt and liquidity management, bank and investor relationships, all while partnering with various teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Debt Portfolio Management: Monitor debt portfolios, track financial covenants, and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Assist the Treasurer in maintaining optimal liquidity to meet funding needs across the EDC platform
- Collaborate with finance & accounting and Project Delivery teams to prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgets
- Partner with the Corporate Development team on new debt financing negotiations, focusing on potential operational challenges in the debt facilities
- Assist in managing monthly debt and equity capital calls
- Assist in managing relationships with lenders and banking partners
Skills & Requirements Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in digital infrastructure and real estate project finance highly preferred
- CTP and/or CFA designation (or progress toward) preferred
- MBA, Master’s degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent professional experience preferred
Skills / Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in finance or treasury management in a corporate or banking environment, with a strong background in corporate finance, external debt management and liquidity management
- Experience in debt capital markets, strategic finance, investment management, and working knowledge of interest rate derivatives / hedging activities
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, resourceful and capable of effective independent judgement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills; experience with treasury management systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- High level of initiative, ownership, and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
