We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer – Developer Experience to join our remote-first Platform team to lead initiatives that improve developer workflows, design and deliver reliable CI/CD pipelines, and enforce testing best practices.

Requirements

6+ years of experience delivering software and platform solutions
Solve complex technical problems and help teams adopt best practices
Built and operated CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Experience in designing and integrating automated testing strategies and quality gates
Applied AI-assisted development or automation tools to improve workflows
Passionate about improving developer experience and productivity
