- Prepare accurate estimates and project quotes using Xactimate
- Assist in generating cost breakdowns and reports for projects
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and document organization
- Maintain detailed and organized project records
- Provide support to management in coordinating day-to-day administrative needs
- Proven experience using Xactimate(REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in construction, estimating, or related administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer literacy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
