This is a remote position.
- Generate qualified leads through research, outbound outreach, and database building
- Conduct cold calls to prospects with confidence and strong communication skills
- Book sales appointments and ensure high-quality hand-off to decision-makers
- Maintain and update lead records using CRM or tracking tools
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads through consistent outreach
- Work closely with leadership to optimize scripts, targeting, and outreach processes
- 3 to 5+ yearsof experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role
- Strong cold-calling background with a persuasive and engaging communication style
- Ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads through outbound prospecting
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed booking targets
- Highly confident, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently
- Experience working with US-based clients and comfort operating in EST schedule
