Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenSales Development Representative (SDR)to support a growing food distribution business specializing in poultry products.
This role focuses on B2B outreach and lead generation, where you will engage potential business clients, conduct basic consultative calls, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. You will play a key role in building and expanding the sales pipeline across targeted international markets, primarily within Southeast Asia (Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand), as well as Pacific Island countries (Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Nauru). The role will also support selected markets in Africa and New Zealand.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and messaging) toB2B prospects
Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets
Performbasic consultative discovery callsto understand client needs and requirements
Present product offerings and value propositions tailored to business clients
Schedule and confirmqualified appointmentsfor the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects
Track outreach activities and manage lead information (no specific CRM required)
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Experience in food distribution, FMCG, or related industries is a plus
