Sr Analyst II Support Developer (PR Remote)

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components.
• Support in application and developer.
• Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering preferred
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role and years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in any of the following:Perl, Windows, Oracle/SQL, HTML, CGI, Unix/Linux, CSH, Cron, Python, Java
• Experience analyzing and documenting
• Application support and application developer
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good team collaboration and communication abilities

• Remote to Puerto Rico only (Resources need to reside in Puerto Rico)
• Bilingual English and Spanish
