Job Description:

As a Senor Business Consultant (Analyst) you will have deep and broad experience across the ServiceNow portfolio. A strong understanding of, and certification in, ServiceNow core functional areas such as Service Operations or Human Resources would be advantageous, wide platform experience highly desirable.

You will engage across opportunities in new and existing clients to analyse requirements, current state, and define the optimum solution by using industry best practices. You will work closely with engagement leads, project managers, architects, developers, and testers to guide the design from sale through to implementation and beyond, whilst ensuring risk and quality standards are adhered to.
