SAP SD Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for: SAP SD Consultant

SAP Run service (2nd/3rd level support, Change Requests) for a Polish branch of a global company; SAP functional scope: SAP HCM, SAP Finance, SAP SD/MM, SAP PP/QM; Part of a oparger service delivered by international delivery teams locate in Poland, Canada and India

Key Responsibilities

• Incident tracking and monitoring - should be proactive to identify issues in the system, timely resolution of incidents
• Provide daily support to client
• Able to translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the developer
• Self managed
• Will ask for help when needed
• Ability to learn and support customized solutions
• Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth level break/fix support)
• Able to work on projects depending on the client needs from time to time
• Work very closely with business decision makers and end users

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferred
• At lease of three or more years of SAP functional testing experience
• One year of experience in Production Support
• Good understanding of SAP SD end to end processes
• Understand SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize work and provide a solution when required
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge of other processes such as MM, FI/CO and Firefighter
• Preferably knowledge of ServiceNow – though not necessary
• Preferably familiar with Solution Manager/Change Management of Transports in SAP
