SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Job Description:

At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP EWM Senior Consultant for our new S/4HANA projects.

As a SAP EWM Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions. Leveraging your expertise, you will guide clients through their supply chain transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP EWM solutions.
• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP EWM modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, and Logistics Execution.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

• Client Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and strategic goals.
• Provide expert advice on SAP EWM best practices, industry trends, and digital supply chain innovations.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to drive adoption and knowledge transfer.

• Project Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support and Maintenance:

• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance for SAP EWM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP EWM functionality.
• Identify opportunities for solution optimization and continuous improvement.

• Team Collaboration:

• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the SAP EWM practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, computer science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP EWM solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP EWM projects from initiation to completion.
• Deep understanding of SAP EWM modules including Advanced Warehouse Processes, Labor Management, Yard Management, Wave Management and Logistics Execution.
• Strong technical skills in SAP EWM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• SAP certification in EWM or relevant modules is highly desirable.
