Are you ready for a new challenge? Our UX Researchers Team is looking for a passionate Researcher, to participate in the development of world-changing applications in various fields (e.g. e-commerce, FinTech, healthcare).

We are looking for a person who not only has a deep knowledge of user experience, but also has the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients and succeed in the business aspect.

You will be working independently on a daily basis, having the full support of the UX Researchers Team and Product Teams. UX Researchers goal at Droids On Roids is to plan, conduct research and discovery to improve the user experience of the products.

What’s also important, you'll be part of the Solution Architects Team - that's our multi-skill team that works on clients acquisition and helps to discover products from the first meeting.

We work directly with the Clients from the moment they contact us for the first time, and we stay with them throughout the product. The agile approach is a framework and not a process for us, so we value the fact that we can adapt it to our needs.

Requirements

We want you onboard if you have:

• 2 years of experienceas a UX Researcher
• Practical knowledge of research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
• Ability to choose research methods for the given problem
• Analytical-thinking skills mixed with the capability to present your research results in clear and attractive ways
• Experience in cooperating with the development teams while implementing the results of users feedback
• Ability to see and understand business perspective
• Linking user perspective with business value
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
• Planning, prioritization, and self-organization skills
• Empathy so you can understand the clients’ and users’ need

Extra points for:

• Knowledge of tools for conducting research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and creating surveys, like Google Analytics, Firebase, Smartlook, Hotjar, Figma, Sketch, AI research tools, SurveyMonkey etc.
• Experience in design
• Interest in the mobile app trends
• Ability to build clickable prototype in Figma
• Ability to utilize AI to increase work efficiency

Here are a few challenges for you:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including desk research, in-depth interviews, surveys, UX audit, competition analysis
• Designing experiments to verify product hypotheses
• Defining and verifying product goals and metrics
• Creating conclusions and recommendations based on research
• Creating clear reports on research and analysis
• Performing usability tests
• Recruiting users for research purposes
• Improving our Clients’ experience of building successful products with us
• Exploring the latest UX trends
• Presenting the value of research to clients and assisting them in understanding the role of research in the process of digital product creation.

Recruitment process:

Salary:

8 500 - 14 000 PLN + VAT (B2B)

7 050 - 11 600 PLN brutto (UoP)
