JOB DESCRIPTION:
We arelooking for a passionateSr.Project Managerto join our team and play a pivotal role in drivingoperational readiness and excellence in new unit grand openings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and execution ofnew unit growthaimed atoptimizingprocesses, reducing costs, and enhancing overall brand performance.This role willbe responsible forthe operational readinessfrom property turnover through grand opening to includeplanning,readiness execution,andstakeholder communication to drive successfulnew unit grand openings in a repeatable and predictable manner.
How you willOwn It:
Plans, monitors and managesoperational readiness activitiesfrom property turnover through grand opening.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting,andindirectpeople management.
High degree of understanding end-to-end processesin opening new units from concept through deliveryoperationallyviableproperties to support grand openings.
Ensures project results meet requirementsregardingtechnical quality, reliability, schedule,and cost.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments,or resource additions
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Full use and application of standardproject managementprinciples, theories, concepts,and techniques.
Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderateto highcomplexitywhere analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factorsandissueresolution.
Exercisesjudgment within defined policies, procedures, and practices to determineappropriate action.
Develop, document, and execute repeatablenew unit operational playbook
Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.
Whatyou’llBring:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
Demonstrated ability toestablishand effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines.
Ability to work independently and within a group environment.
Excellent and professional communication skillswithkeenability to manage indirect resources at a multitude of levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a variety of complex issues anddemands.
Preferred: Master’s / Graduate Degree / PMP Certification
