The Franchise Operations Coach provides world-class support to Franchisees and Center Managers and provides effective guidance, and coaching to meet or exceed Sales, Car Count, and Customer Experience metrics.
Requirements
- Achieves position goals, timelines, and KPI metrics through coaching all franchisees in a geographic territory
- Interfaces with all support departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to franchisees needs and questions
- Provides oversight to ensure franchisee compliance to brand obligations for quality, image, training and service
- Implements marketing and sales direction to increase regional revenue growth
- Creation, use and delivery of appropriate communication and technologies to maximize communication with franchisees and employees
