Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple facility trackers simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Comfort working across teams (Clinical Ops, Field Ops, RevOps & Tech Support).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, life sciences, business administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, account coordination, or data management (fresh graduates welcome).
