We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to join our team! The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security protocols. This includes data entry, data cleaning, and data validation. In this role, the person will leverage foundational Excel skills to gather and organize the custom recruitment team data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle fieldwork-related data
- Data entry - assist in the creation and maintenance of complex Excel spreadsheets and perform import and export of data
- Maintenance and validation of data – ensure that data is updated, accurate, consistent and removed by outdated and or duplicated information
- Entry, process/transform, enrich data - accurately enter data from source documents into internal system and logs
- Review existing internal and external lists for the purpose of supporting the fieldwork
- Performance maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and performance tuning
- Create best-practice reports based on analysis, correlation and visualization
- Maintain protocols for handling, labelling, processing, and cleaning custom recruitment team data
- Ensure data integrity and security policies are followed
- Help identify and evaluate custom recruitment team performance for efficiency, problems, and team development
- Provide information about existing data to custom recruitment team and handle team and projects’ inquiries
- Transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth
- Occasional assistance to execute campaigns and act as a liaison to communicate progress to stakeholders. Campaigns could include (but not exclusively) email campaigns, desk research, text messages, online advertisement, referral schemes and social media
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in working with data, analyzing information, and creating queries and reports.
- Preferred experience within the market research and healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency - strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, including advanced functions and features
- Attention to detail - a high degree of accuracy is crucial for data input and validation
- Communication skills- ability to communicate effectively with team members and external parties
- Organizational skills - ability to work well under pressure, manage a workload, and meet deadlines
