What you'll do
As an Account Specialist, you will own and manage a high-volume portfolio of renewals across an assigned territory. You will serve as a trusted customer contact to ensure renewal execution, identify growth opportunities, and protect long-term customer relationships. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to secure timely renewals and drive continued value for our customers. This role is critical to supporting DocuSign’s growth through strong retention and commercial execution.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, International Renewal Management.
Responsibility
Engage effectively with customers to process on-time contract renewals
Maintain and update a rolling forecast and communicate renewal risk to internal stakeholders
Execute high-volume renewal negotiations that protect customer trust and drive favorable outcomes
Identify incremental expansion opportunities within renewal conversations and partner with Sales to pursue
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product to align on renewal strategy
Ensure full adherence to internal process standards for CRM accuracy, forecasting, quoting, and opportunity management
Use customer health data and behavioral signals to inform proactive renewal strategy
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring
Basic
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer success role
- Fluent English for supporting the US market
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong negotiation skills with on-time contract execution experience
- Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in a quota-carrying or goal-driven role
- Strong process management and business acumen
- High adaptability to shifting priorities
- Sense of urgency, strong organizational and prioritization skills
