As Head of Global Learning Operations, you will shape how training comes to life across markets across Asia, Pacific and Europe, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at scale, while remaining responsive to local realities. You will lead a globally-distributed, market-embedded team that works close to the business – partnering with markets to define learning roadmaps rooted in local priorities, while ensuring alignment with global direction and core content.

- Lead and develop a globally distributed, market embedded LearnOps team
- Partner closely with markets to build learning roadmaps that reflect local business priorities while staying anchored to shared global direction and core content
- Translate roadmaps into delivery plans that balance ambition and practical realities
- Define and embed global delivery standards
- Enable local adaptation (e.g. language, examples, and delivery approach) while maintaining consistency in standards, core frameworks taught, and learner experience
- Monitor delivery quality across markets, intervene where standards are not met and drive coaching / corrective actions as required
- Partner with stakeholders in the market to identify, develop, and support PeopleDNA program champions and Associate Trainers in delivering training in line with learning roadmaps
- Build, enable, and sustain a community network of Associate Trainers and Program Champions to support scalable learning delivery across markets
- Own end-to-end learning service delivery readiness across markets – covering scheduling, logistics, facilitator co-ordination, localisation enablement, delivery tracking and operational follow-through that is consistent with globally-defined standards
- Define and monitor LearnOps performance KPIs (e.g. delivery completion, attendance, learning feedback) to derive insights for continuous improvement
- Anticipate and manage execution risks early, aligning stakeholders on mitigation and trade-offs
- Ensure accurate registration and attendance records are captured and validated following training delivery.
- Ensure smooth, timely handoffs of attendance and registration data, supported by clear standards and timelines, to local People Services for LMS class registration and learning hours record uploads
- Maintain trackers/dashboards that provide visibility into delivery status, attendance, and market performance.
- Ensure disciplined record keeping and transparent reporting
- Partner with the Global Head of Talent and Capability Development and local HRMs to monitor training delivery related costs, within a market owned budget model
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, utilisation, and scalability across delivery models.
- Champion a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and sustainable execution.
