Position Summary
- Manage full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) clients and employees across multiple countries.
- Handle onboarding, employment inquiries, compliance, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure compliance with local, national, and international employment laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding for EOR employees in assigned countries.
- Respond to client and employee inquiries via ticketing system; manage escalations.
- Monitor local employment law updates and ensure global HR compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums, hire guidelines, and HR documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Update company policies to align with local regulations and best practices.
- Advise on statutory leave and country-specific HR practices.
- Manage voluntary terminations; assist with involuntary terminations alongside local counsel if needed.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Partners, ICPs, account managers, payroll, and legal teams.
- Coordinate immigration processes with vendors and counsel.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Marginal Functions
- Participate in cross-functional projects impacting global HR or EOR services.
- Support HR technology rollouts including testing, training, and feedback.
- Represent HR in client meetings regarding compliance and workforce matters.
- Research global HR practices, compensation trends, and labor market conditions.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new HR team members.
- Complete special projects as directed by leadership.
- Provide consultative services to clients on specialist country requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment law compliance.
- Excellent communication with cultural sensitivity.
- Familiarity with GDPR and international labor standards.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficient with HRIS systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving and process improvement oriented.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Must be fluent in German (read/write/speak).
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in global or EOR environment.
- Familiar with international employment laws and compliance.
- Experienced in client management and escalation handling.
Licenses and/or Certifications
- HR certification or degree preferred.
