Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer to craft visuals that drive results across performance-driven advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in performance-driven creative and CRO.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance drive creative and CRO
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaign
