As a Cloud Architect, your role will be to define and architect our client's cloud computing strategies. Will be in charge of making sure the proposed architectures fit our client's needs.
Tasks
- As a Cloud Architect we expect you to advise customers in your area of expertise - Cloud architecture (mostly GCP for now, but we expect you to be able to discuss AWS and Azure architecture if needed)
- You will translate client needs and objectives into actionable development plans and strategies to help them reach their goals and be able to discuss the plans with them
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of cloud-related technologies and can articulate best approaches and practices
- Execution and implementation of architecture projects
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Passion for technology, a quick learner who keeps up to date with industry trends
- Experience in building design and architecture of large-scale systems in a cloud environment (GCP)
- You have gained experience as a cloud architect
- Significant experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting large production-grade data systems on the Google Cloud and being able to select the appropriate tools to solve business problems
Preferred Skills
- Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect
- Comprehensive experience in VPC design, IAM definition, Kubernetes, storage solutions, DevOps toolchains, provisioning automation, operations, and security.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems concerning the business use case while being customer-facing. Experience in consultancy/advisory/support background is a significant advantage
- Strong expertise in Python and Terraform
