Job Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale data integration solutions for California Government sector clients. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring deep expertise in geospatial systems, enterprise architecture, and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for large-scale integrations across ArcGIS, Trimble Unity, and enterprise systems
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance data integration frameworks (APIs, microservices, real-time pipelines)
• Act as the technical authority in client engagements, driving solution strategy and decision-making
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce architectural governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions
• Ensure seamless integration with analytics platforms such as Power BI

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise system design
• Proven experience delivering large-scale integration projects (public sector preferred)
• Deep expertise in:
  • ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise ecosystem
  • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • API architecture and distributed systems
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• ESRI certifications or partner ecosystem experience
• Experience with asset management platforms (e.g., Trimble Unity)
• Prior experience working with government or municipal clients
