Senior Product Engineer (Enterprise Data Integration & GIS)
Job Location: Antioch, CA
Job Type: Remote (may require onsite visit once quarterly)
Job Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited is looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in GIS and enterprise application development solutions for California Government Sector Client. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications and delivering production-grade solutions in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize applications within ArcGIS platforms (Experience Builder, Hub, Insights)
Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services supporting enterprise integrations
Lead development efforts for workflow automation across systems such as SeeClickFix and enterprise platforms
Collaborate closely with architects to implement scalable and maintainable solutions
Drive code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices
Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
Ensure production readiness, deployment, and post-release support

Requirements
Required Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in software/product engineering
Strong expertise in:
JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
API development and integration
GIS platforms (ESRI preferred)
Experience building enterprise-grade applications and services
Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and security
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Hub
Cloud-native development experience (Azure/AWS)
Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments
