We are looking for a Business Development Associate based in Colombia to support new business development and account management activities. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident communicating in English, and experienced in managing high-touch B2B relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with C-level and management-level executives at B2B companies
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders in English-speaking markets
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development
- Strong, professional English communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology services, or professional services environments
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
