You will act as the central coordination point, primarily responsible for proactively contacting stakeholders with pending actions or who have not yet participated as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact relevant stakeholders to request updates, information, and justifications for any delays in progressing third-party cases.
- Maintain active engagement with all involved parties, ensuring that the third-party process remains on track.
- Monitor and follow up on pending actions, escalating issues or delays to the Third Party Operations Specialists & Manager when necessary.
- Ensure stakeholders remain informed and responsive. Escalate any cases of non-responsiveness to the Third Party Operations Manager.
- Redirect questions to the Third Party Operations Specialists when clarification on specific or technical topics is required.
- Accurately document all communications and updates, maintaining clear records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Understand and implement DORA requirements and internal deadlines.
- Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Values opportunities to improve process efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
- Willing to escalate and follow up persistently to ensure progress.
