We invite a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our software development and deployment processes. You’ll help us build leading-edge decentralized technology solutions for our client’s institutional financial partners and global users. In this role, you will get a chance to impact the innovation and development of decentralized financial protocols and systems, working with a renowned US-based regtech and fintech company.

✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years in DevSecOps, with a Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or InfoSec
- Strong cloud platform knowledge, preferably Azure
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash scripting
- Good understanding of software development, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with the IaC approach and tools (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- Familiarity with Ansible
- Proficiency in Git
- Strong networking, security, and system administration skills
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, threat detection, and risk management security tools
- Knowledge of Chainlink, Uniswap, and Web3 architectures
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Experience with smart contract deployment methods
- Certifications in DevOps or InfoSec (Certified DevSecOps Professional, CISSP, or Certified Ethical Hacker)
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll be part of a distributed product-oriented team developing complex functionalities for a large-scale financial system. You'll manage the Azure-based SaaS platform, driving continuous improvement and ensuring full IaC compliance.
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with team to identify and implement solutions
- Automate processes for efficiency and scalability
- Implement CI/CD processes
- Provide technical support to the development team
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Define and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure prompt incident resolution
- Enhance the security of infrastructure, applications, and systems and ensure compliance
- Set up and maintain Web3 technologies (IPFS, Besu, Geth, Stellar nodes)
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Stay updated on DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and blockchain trends
