Network Integration Engineer (Expert) ( REF4653T)

• Responsible for planning, designing, and executing commissioning and operation of complex network systems
• Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating corrective actions
• Project planning and execution of commissioning and operations
• Problem detection and documentation using a trouble ticket system, even in complex system environments
• Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases
• Representing the Network Administration department in cross-functional solution teams
• Administration of deployed network and security systems
• Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
• Designing and implementing supporting tools
• Participating in the development and planning of service concepts
• Coordinating order processing

• Master’s or diploma degree with appropriate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
• At least seven years of professional experience, with a minimum of five years in IT administration involving comparable complexity
• Detailed knowledge in some of the following products: CISCO network, Cisco FirePower and Fortinet firewalls; Ironport, Blue Coat; WLAN and F5 products (e.g., load balancers)
• Experience with CISCO ISE, 802.1x, RADIUS, and TACACS+
• Experience in automation with Cisco DNA Center in campus networks
• Cisco certifications CCSP / CCNA are desirable
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• Highly systematic and structured way of working
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Very high flexibility, resilience, and commitment
• Participation in on-call duty 24/7 and willingness to perform tasks outside regular working hours
• Excellent German and good English skills
