This role offers the chance to deliver implementation and consulting services for financial software to clients in manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors, focusing on organizations that utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as their central ERP solution.

The client is based in Plovdiv and provides the opportunity for a fully remote work from Sofia for an experienced person.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

• Support clients remotely or on-site in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on finance modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Inventory.
• Lead and assist with projects following the Dot App methodology, while developing and optimizing financial processes.
• Support data migration and design client-specific software modifications in collaboration with the development team.
• Promote the softwares features to drive additional sales and services, while maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience implementing ERP systems in manufacturing, distribution, or service sectors, or working in an internal accounting role using Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV).
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and their application in business software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product application issues.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
