We’re looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our growing remote team supporting dental clinics in the U.S.
This is a long-term, work-from-home opportunity with consistent hours and performance bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
Your main role is to help patients stay on track with their dental visits. Tasks include:
- Answering calls
- Calling patients to confirm or schedule appointments
- Helping rebook patients who missed or haven’t scheduled yet
That’s it — clear, structured tasks with guidance and scripts provided.
Pay & Schedule:
- $2/hour
- 35–40 hours per week
- Weekends & U.S. holidays off
+ Commission for every successfully scheduled appointment
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear and confident Portuguese and English-speaking skills
- Friendly and professional attitude on the phone
- Reliable internet and computer
- Quiet workspace for taking calls
- Willingness to learn and follow simple processes
Experience is a plus but not required — we provide training.
Non-Portuguese speakers need not apply.
