Life Insurance
Demco provides life insurance to each coworker working 30 hours or more per week. Demco pays the premiums for the coverage of one times your annual income (up to $250,000).
Insurance Options
All regular coworkers working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for insurance benefits. Qualified dependents include your spouse, your domestic partner, and dependent children.
Long-Term Disability
Regular coworkers are eligible for LTD benefits. The benefit is payable after 180 days of disability and pays 60% of the coworker's basic monthly earnings. Demco pays 100% of the premium.
Short-Term Disability
Regular coworkers working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for STD benefits. This benefit pays 80% of eligible wages for a maximum of 26 weeks/6 months. Demco pays 100% of the premium.
